As you disembark our Meet & Assist Personnel will be waiting to welcome you at top of air bridge holding your nameboard. Your Greeter will guide you through the immigration, passport control formalities and lead you into the baggage reclaim hall to help collect your luggage. Finally escorting you through the UKBA to your next mode of transport guaranteeing a seamless hassle-free service.
Travelling with additional Luggage!
An extra pair of hands at the baggage carousel can be arranged with trolleys at the ready to assist, collect and carry as an add on service (Airport Luggage Assistance services)
Your Meet and Assist Personnel will be waiting to welcome & greet you at the agreed meeting point (Terminal forecourt kerbside, car park or incoming train, taxi, bus/coach station). Your Greeter Host will assist and guide you to your relevant Airline Check-in area assisting you with your Hold luggage and Airline Check-in process.
After Check in your host will ensure a swift, smooth and safe passage through passport control and security baggage screening to the departure lounge. Depending on your travel class, host will escort you to Airline exclusive lounges and when ready for boarding, your host will take you to your departure gate and wish you a safe flight.
Travelling with additional Luggage!
Extra assistance at the agreed meeting point to transport your hold luggage with trolleys at the ready. They will collect and carry your baggage to the relevant Airline Check-in counters as an add on service. (Airport Luggage Assistance Services)
TRANSFERS & CONNECTIONS
Our Meet & Assist agent will guide you through flight connections and follow the flight transfer connect process. They will accompany you to your next terminal, escort you through to the lounge or assist with retail therapy if required.
Passengers who are required to check in again for their final destination either from the same terminal or different terminal, will receive the full departure service. Your Host will accompany and escort you all the way guiding you through the airport and assist you to complete all formalities and procedures.
The Service provides a seamless journey through the airport and beyond, it is from the terminal kerbside to the aircraft door and vice versa. We have packages that are tailored to suite everyone requirements.
