Our customer service structure is focused on consistency and performance, ensuring that we have the right number of people at the right time in the right place. We understand that everything we do is time sensitive to ensure the integrity of the flight schedules and service delivery levels.
Our Training Team always work closely with Customer Service staff. They ensure that everyone is trained, competent in their duties and aware of any new customer products. They also continuously review current practice to ensure that we are always improving. To ensure that all our trainers have current, relevant knowledge and skills, they are rotated through the operational front-line in various positions.
We also track the performance of our Customer Service support against our own key performance indicators to ensure that we give you the service levels you expect. These indicators are internally reviewed on a regular basis.
