PSRs (Passenger service representatives)

Airlines, airports and handling agents may require staff to assist with their check-in and gate customers by meeting and greeting, answering questions and helping them through their journey at check-in or at the departure gate. We can also offer staff to cover maternity leave and sickness. In all cases our staff will be trained in customer services and products to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to perform a good job.

Our PSRs can also assist unaccompanied minors through their arrival or departure journey until they are safely handed over to the passenger (on the inbound flight) or flight crew (on the outbound.) They also assist families, VIPs, CIPs and passengers who may need special assistance for their journey through the airport.
